About us

These Terms of Service form a legally binding agreement between you and Equinox Digital Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 13228478), trading as Call Me Now (call-me.now). References to “we”, “us”, “our”, or “the platform” in these terms refer to Equinox Digital Ltd.

Service description

Call Me Now is a platform that enables paid, live 1:1 video calls between fans and creators. Fans can book and pay for calls through a creator's personal link without needing to download an app or create an account.

18+ only

Call Me Now is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform, whether as a fan or a creator. This requirement applies regardless of the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

• Creators: date of birth is collected at onboarding. Accounts where the creator is under 18 will not be approved.
• Fans: by paying for a call you confirm you are 18 or older. No age-restricted content is published on the platform.
• Misrepresentation of age: if we discover at any time that an account was created or used by someone under 18, the account will be permanently terminated, any pending balance will be forfeited, and no refunds will be issued. We will also cooperate with law enforcement where required.
• If you believe a minor is using the platform, email [email protected] and we will investigate and remove them.

Payments

• A 10% platform fee is applied to each call
• Your payment is authorized when you book, but only captured when the creator connects
• Prices are shown in your local currency with exchange rates locked at the time of booking
• All payments are processed securely by Stripe

Charging policy

• You are only charged for the time you spend on a video call
• No answer: If the creator does not answer within 60 seconds, the authorization is released and you are not charged
• Early end: If a call ends before the booked duration, you are only charged for the minutes used. The platform does not issue refunds; the unused portion of the authorization is automatically released by your bank, typically within 3 to 5 business days
• Completed calls: Once a call has run for the booked duration, the charge is final. By accepting these terms you agree not to dispute completed-call charges with your card issuer
• Disputes: If you have a concern about a call, contact support before initiating a chargeback. Charges disputed without prior contact will be defended with the call's session data and may result in account suspension

Code of conduct

• Harassment, threats, or abusive behaviour of any kind is prohibited
• Illegal content or activity during calls is strictly forbidden
• The platform is not responsible for the content of calls between users
• Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent ban

Recording restricted

All video calls are protected with end-to-end encryption. The platform has no capability to record, store, or access call content. Attempting to record calls using external tools is a violation of these terms.

Account termination

Repeated violations of these terms will result in account suspension or permanent ban. Accounts with 5 or more violations within a 30-day period are automatically suspended pending review.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
