What we collect
- Display name -- provided when you start a call
- Phone number -- used to notify you when the creator is ready
- Email address -- optional, used only for receipts if you opt in
- Payment information -- processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details
- Session data -- a random session token stored in your browser to maintain your session
What creators see
Creators only see your display name. They never have access to your phone number, email address, or payment details.
How we protect your data
- All sensitive data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption
- Row-level security (RLS) ensures users can only access their own data
- Video calls are end-to-end encrypted -- no one (including us) can see or record your calls
- There is no recording capability anywhere in the platform
Payment data
All payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We never store, process, or have access to your full card number, CVV, or other card details.
Cookies and local storage
We store a single session token in your browser's localStorage to maintain your session. We do not use tracking cookies, third-party analytics cookies, or advertising cookies.
Users under 18
Call Me Now is an 18+ platform. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. Creators are required to provide a date of birth at onboarding and accounts below 18 are rejected. Fans attest that they are 18 or older before payment is accepted.
If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a user under 18, contact us at [email protected] and we will delete the data and close the account.

The data controller responsible for your personal information is Equinox Digital Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 13228478), trading as Call Me Now (call-me.now).
Your rights under UK GDPR
