How do I get charged?
Your payment is authorized but not captured when you book a call. We only charge you when the creator actually connects. If the creator doesn't answer within 60 seconds, the authorization is released and you are never charged.
What if the call drops?
If your connection drops during a call, there is a 30-second reconnection window. If the call cannot be reconnected, you automatically receive a pro-rata refund for the remaining unused time.
How do refunds work?
Refunds are processed automatically. If a call ends early, you receive a pro-rata refund for the unused portion. If the creator never answers, you are not charged at all. Refunds typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days.
Is my data safe?
Yes. All video calls are end-to-end encrypted, meaning no one -- including us -- can see or record your calls. Creators only see your display name, never your phone number or email. Payment details are handled by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
How do I delete my account and data?
Creators: open the Call Me Now app and go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account, profile, and associated personal data. You can also request deletion by emailing [email protected] from your registered email address.
Fans: we don't hold an account for you — bookings use a temporary session. To erase any data linked to your calls or messages (such as a receipt email), email [email protected].
Deletion requests are completed within 30 days. Records we are legally required to keep (such as payment and payout transaction logs) are retained for the statutory period and then removed.
How do I become a creator?
You can sign up as a creator by visiting the creator sign-up page. Set your rate, availability, and payout method to start receiving calls from fans.
