Content Policy

Overview

Call Me Now is a platform for professional, PG-rated 1:1 video consultations. It is operated by Equinox Digital Ltd (Company No. 13228478), registered in England and Wales. This Content Policy defines what is allowed on the platform and what is strictly prohibited. It applies to every call, every user, and every interaction — without exception.

Violations are enforced automatically, by our moderation team, and in cooperation with law enforcement where required. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that breaches this policy, with no refund of pending balances.

Platform classification

• Call Me Now is 18+ only on both sides (creators and fans). See our Age Verification Policy for details.
• All content must be rated PG (suitable for a general audience). No adult, sexual, or explicit material of any kind is permitted.
• Calls are 1:1, time-boxed (5–20 minutes), and end-to-end encrypted via Agora AES-256. The platform has no capability to record, store, or access call content.

What is allowed

Call Me Now is built for legitimate, skill-based 1:1 consultations. The following use cases are welcome:

• Life, career, or executive coaching
• Language tutoring and conversation practice
• Fitness, yoga, and nutrition consultations
• Professional consulting (business, legal, financial, technical — provided the creator is qualified)
• Art, music, and creative mentorship
• Astrology, tarot, and spiritual guidance (entertainment framing, no medical claims)
• Fan Q&A sessions with public figures (18+, fully clothed, non-sexual)
• Tutoring for adult learners in academic, professional, or technical subjects

What is strictly prohibited

The following are prohibited on the platform. Any breach results in immediate termination.

Sexual and adult content

• Nudity, partial nudity, or revealing clothing
• Sexual acts, sexual solicitation, or sexually suggestive behaviour
• Sexualised language, role-play, or fantasy scenarios
• Adult companionship or escort services
• Soliciting payment for any sexual or adult content, on or off the platform
• Directing users to adult content on external platforms (OnlyFans, etc.)

Minors and child safety

• Any depiction, mention, or solicitation involving minors (under 18) is zero tolerance
• Attempting to book a call with or as a minor will result in immediate ban and reporting to the National Centre for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF), and UK law enforcement

Violence, threats, and harassment

• Threats of violence against any person or group
• Harassment, bullying, or targeted abuse
• Content promoting self-harm or suicide
• Glorification of violence, terrorism, or extremism

Hate speech and discrimination

• Attacks on people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, gender identity, or sexual orientation
• Dehumanising language or slurs
• Promoting discriminatory ideologies

Illegal activity

• Promotion or sale of illegal drugs, weapons, or stolen goods
• Unlicensed gambling or money-transmission services
• Fraud, scams, pyramid schemes, or unregistered investment advice
• Any activity that violates UK law, or the law of the fan's or creator's country of residence

Intellectual property and impersonation

• Impersonating another person, business, or brand
• Using content you do not own or have a licence to use (images, music, video clips) as your profile media
• Claiming credentials, licences, or qualifications you do not hold

Platform circumvention

• Moving conversations off-platform to avoid fees, age verification, or moderation
• Requesting payment outside of Call Me Now's Stripe-processed flow
• Sharing contact information (phone, email, social handles) during a call with the intent to continue paid services elsewhere
• Recording, screen-capturing, or otherwise attempting to capture call content

How we enforce this policy

• User reporting: every creator profile has a “Report” link. Every fan receives a post-call prompt to report any breach of this policy.
• Automated signals: profile photos and bios are scanned at upload for adult imagery, flagged language, and other policy signals.
• Human review: our moderation team reviews every flagged report within 24 hours.
• Violation threshold: accounts accumulating 5 or more violations within a 30-day window are automatically suspended pending human review.
• Zero-tolerance categories: child safety, non-consensual content, and imminent threats result in immediate permanent ban — no threshold, no warning.
• Pending balance forfeit: creators permanently banned for content-policy breaches forfeit any unpaid balance and no refund is issued.

Reporting a violation

If you see content or behaviour that breaches this policy:

• Use the Report link on the creator's profile
• Or email [email protected] with the creator's username and a description of what you observed
• For urgent safety concerns involving a minor or imminent harm, also contact your local emergency services. In the UK, dial 999. In the US, dial 911.

All reports are confidential. Reporters will not be penalised, even if the report does not result in action.

Appeals

If your account has been suspended or removed and you believe it was in error, email [email protected] within 14 days with your username and a brief explanation. Appeals involving zero-tolerance violations (child safety, threats of violence, non-consensual content) are not reversible.

Updates to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the platform and reflected in the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of Call Me Now after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
